View and manage your existing Tables

Overview

Access and manage your existing Tables through the Tables interface.

Viewing Tables

Step 1: Navigate to Tables

  1. Under Tables, click Tables

View Schema

To examine the structure and data types of a Table:

  1. Click Schema on any Table to view the Table’s schema. This means that you can be sure that any accepted data submissions relating to this Table adhere to this schema.

Create Request

To create a new submission request for a Table:

  1. Click Create Request on the desired Table
  2. This will generate a submission request link for users to submit data matching the Table’s schema

Managing Your Tables

From the Tables page, you can:

  • View all Tables: See a complete list of your created Tables
  • Examine schemas: Review the data structure for each Table
  • Generate requests: Create file request links for data collection
  • Monitor usage: Track Table activity and submissions
