List Submission Requests
View and manage your submission request links
Overview
Access and manage all your created submission request links through the Submission Requests interface. Monitor submissions, share templates, and manage request settings.
Viewing Submission Requests
Step 1: Access Submission Requests
- Under Requests, click Submission requests
Submission Request Actions
For each submission request in the list, you can perform the following actions:
View Details
- Details: Access comprehensive request information including:
- Request configuration and settings
- API endpoint details
- Webhook and destination configurations
Share Template
- Share Template: Generate a shareable template
- Share this message via e.g. instant messaging or email to potential data submittors
Copy Submission Link
- Submission Link: Copy the submission link to clipboard
- Share the link via instant messaging or email to potential data submittors
- Users can submit data directly through this link
View Submissions
- Submissions: View all submissions for this request
- Access the complete submission history
- Easy access to download historical data submitted
Latest Submission
- Latest Submission: Quick access to the most recent submission
- View the newest data without navigating through the full list
- Useful for monitoring recent activity
